Job Title: Accounting Administration Assistant

Cobra Engineering Careers is seeking an experienced Accounting Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the team, including purchasing ledger maintenance and timesheet allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Payroll processing
  • Purchasing ledger maintenance - processing invoices against purchase orders and nominal codes
  • Timesheet allocation
  • Training Coordination
  • Assist in maintaining registers and documentation for accreditations
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Filing
  • Varying ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • A strong ability to multi-task
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly demeanor
  • Team player with initiative to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize workload alongside the Financial Controller
  • Computer literate, especially O365
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
