Job Description:In this role, you will provide administrative support to our transportation and logistics services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
- Liaising with branches and suppliers to maintain efficient communication
- Booking planned vehicle and MHE services to meet business needs
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle file management and consumable ordering
- Raising purchase order numbers and processing invoices promptly
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
