Administrative Coordinator for Private Client Services

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our Private Capital team, providing support and administration to facilitate smooth and efficient outcomes. As a Client Assistant, you will act as a trusted liaison between fee earners and clients, ensuring effective communication and record keeping.
Responsibilities- Liaison and Communication: Facilitate communication between fee earners and clients, including initial client liaison, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- File Organisation: Assist fee earners in managing client files, including organisation, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including correspondence, meetings, and file updates.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in legal secretarial or office administrative roles, preferably within a Private Client team or legal/professional services environment. You should possess an organised and methodical approach, confidence with IT systems, and excellent interpersonal skills.
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with agile working arrangements, access to training and development programs, recognition and reward schemes, and opportunities for advancement.
