Administrative Services Coordinator Role

Austin Fraser is looking for a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to provide administrative support and manage daily operations. This hybrid role requires a mix of administrative tasks, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Main Duties:
  1. Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including financial transactions and record-keeping.
  2. Work closely with the team manager to plan resources and ensure efficient business support services.
  3. Respond to operational issues and make decisions in line with local procedures and guidelines.
  4. Communicate with customers, providing information and advice on business matters.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information: £14.60 per hour PAYE
