A prestigious global investment bank is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join their Investment Banking Division. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to elevate your administrative career and gain valuable experience.
Job Overview- This 6-18 month temporary position involves undertaking diary and calendar management for bankers, coordinating meetings and calls across multiple time zones, and managing high volumes of phone calls and emails.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating room bookings, travel arrangements, and expense management.
