Senior Customer Success Manager

At Advantive, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer value and growth through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and exceptional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 200 high-value accounts, ensuring timely renewals, meeting revenue targets, and mitigating customer risk.
- Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and expansion.
- Enhance customer understanding and appreciation of our solutions, driving increased usage, upgrades, and retention.
- Navigate complex customer conflicts, ensuring the maintenance of strong business relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risk, partnering with other departments to address cross-functional issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, with increasing responsibilities.
