We are recruiting for a Receptionist with NHS experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our front-desk staff, ensuring a high-quality service to patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-desk activities, including mail distribution and phone call management
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be working within a team that values good job security and offers an NHS Pension scheme.

To be successful in this role, you will need GCSE Grade A to C English and Maths qualifications, as well as NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. Previous experience in a GP practice is advantageous but not essential.

A DBS check is required for this position.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
