About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ambulatory Care Assistant to join our fast-paced GP practice team.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can provide exceptional patient care while working effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience working in a similar environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Distribute correspondence and redirect phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in accordance with data protection policies.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade A to C in English and Maths
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a GP practice setting (desired but not mandatory)
