Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Apprentice IT Support Specialist to join our team, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver top-notch support services to our operations network.
As an Apprentice IT Support Specialist, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, resolving hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues, and developing your skills in crucial areas like organization, prioritization, data and problem-solving techniques, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Work towards the Information Communications Technician (Support Technician pathway) apprenticeship Level 3 standard
- Develop and apply technical skills in on-the-job training, online learning, and virtual classroom/virtual based training
- Build a portfolio of evidence towards your apprenticeship, showcasing your growth and development throughout the program
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years old or older before the contract's start date
- Hold 3 x GCSE's at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and shift patterns, as this role may include working weekends and/or night shifts
As an Apprentice IT Support Specialist with Amazon TA, you can expect:
