Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Training Specialist to join our team and deliver high-quality training programs to develop apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours for their Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Coaching Program.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in apprenticeship training, with experience in designing and delivering personalized learning programs and supporting apprentices in gaining required knowledge, skills, and behaviours. They will also be able to contribute to assessment, eligibility, onboarding, and induction processes, and provide individual coaching and support to apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of apprentices and employers.
  • Provide coaching and support to apprentices to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with employers to ensure that apprentices are meeting the requirements of their apprenticeship program.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
