Apprenticeship Training Specialist

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering LGV apprenticeships in the Midlands area. This role requires passion for learning and coaching, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Description:
- Deliver training programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes learner engagement and motivation.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and participation.
Essential Requirements:
- Vocational experience in the applied field.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Sector qualification in the applied field.
- Teaching qualification at Level 3 (AET, PTTLS).
