Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist to join our team in Birmingham, UK. As a Project Control Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both internal and external training delivery, coaching, and assessing learners.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in project control, project management, or project engineering within the energy sector. Training experience is beneficial but not essential. A project control/project management qualification or equivalent is required. Additionally, you should have good IT skills and understanding of problem-solving and risk management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, coach, and assess learners to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • SUPPORT BOTH INTERNAL TRAINING DELIVERY AND EXTERNAL DELIVERY.
  • CARRY OUT ASSESSING AND COACHING OF APPRENTICES AND ADULTS, MONITORING PERFORMANCES AND SUPPORTING AS APPROPRIATE.
  • Align taught courses with site operations and the curriculum to best improve the learners.
  • Drive completion of tasks and achievement of deadlines.
  • Develop and train apprentices in the following sectors: Nuclear, Petro-Chem, Pharma, Thermal.
  • Comply with national laws and regulations.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
