About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project controls processes, consulting with the project management team, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures
• Analyze and evaluate project costs, schedules, and risks
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of experience in project controls or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
