Territory Sales Manager

Job Description:
As a Territory Sales Manager at Refuel Talent, you will play a key role in managing a regional territory to acquire wholesale fuel supply and leasehold contracts. Your objective will be to significantly grow the branded Retail presence within the territory.
This is a home-based role with significant travel within the territory, covering Wales and the Midlands.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Retail Fuels market.
- Implement sales strategies to drive territorial growth, signing both wholesale (branded) fuel supply and long-term petrol station lease contracts.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) growth targets set for the territory, undertaking bi-weekly sales reviews.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely quality of work.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective Dealer customers to optimize sales and grow a pool of potential Commission Operators to run sites.
- Maintain close relationships with property agents and brokers.
- Ensure Catchment and Competitor analysis and Financial Models are accurate and complete.
- Formulate sales proposals, negotiate close, and onboard contracts promptly.
- Work in close liaison with Network Planning, Onboarding, and Legal colleagues to promptly implement commercially agreed contracts.
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and all sales-related documentation is always accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Ensure sales policy and processes are adhered to.
- Undertake management forecasting and reporting as required.
