Sales and Service Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Employal. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 250+ existing accounts in your territory
- Upsell within existing accounts, with a target of 80% account management and 20% new business
- Cold calling, face-to-face selling, networking, and picking up lapsed accounts
- Spending 3 days on the road each week attending pre-booked appointments and 2 days in the office planning sales strategies, completing administration, and follow-up calls
Requirements:
- Previous sales and account management experience is essential
- Strong account management skills to deliver world-class customer service
- Previous experience using a CRM is required
- Strong administrative skills
