Category Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Category Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing the male grooming category field sales strategy in stores, positively influencing availability, and ensuring the Grooming fixture is compliant with agreed plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively execute the male grooming category field sales strategy in stores.
- Positively influence availability by taking a consultative approach, working with in-store colleagues, and using category EPOS sales data to resolve systemic issues.
- Ensure the Grooming fixture is compliant with agreed plans and fix/implement the plan, including correcting SELs and re-planning fixture with correct number of facing/capacities.
- Be the key point of contact for Gillette in stores and develop excellent working relationships.
- Conduct business reviews with store managers to review performance, agree forthcoming focus areas, and drive sales at a store and regional level to create category and range growth.
- Use the Field View sales tool app to develop business sales and growth within your call file at category and range level.
- Review and analyse sales performance across your territory to identify key outlets with the greatest opportunity and put action plans in place at category level.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills to assist in delivering this objective and maximising opportunities within store.
- Ability to nurture excellent working relationships with store contacts.
- Strong knowledge of the grocery and high-street retail sectors and an understanding of category management.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
