Category Sales Development Manager - Gillette

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and category development in the male grooming sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive category growth and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and in-store colleagues to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Conduct business reviews with store managers to review performance, agree forthcoming focus areas, and drive sales at a store and regional level.
  • Use data and insights to identify key outlets with the greatest opportunity and develop action plans to drive category growth.
  • Provide training and support to store staff to increase their knowledge and awareness of the category, new product development, and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills to assist in delivering this objective and maximising opportunities within store.
  • Ability to nurture excellent working relationships with store contacts.
  • Strong knowledge of the grocery and high-street retail sectors and an understanding of category management.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
