About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and category development for our client Procter & Gamble's Gillette brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive category growth and sales performance in-store.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and in-store colleagues to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with store managers to review performance, agree focus areas, and drive sales growth at a store and regional level.
  • Use data and insights to identify key opportunities and develop action plans to drive category and range growth.
  • Provide training and support to store staff to increase their knowledge and awareness of the category, new products, and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive sales growth and category development.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills to drive sales growth and category development.
