We collaborate with leading brands, and due to our expanding team, we are seeking a dedicated Category Sales Development Manager to partner with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing the field sales strategy for the male grooming category effectively across designated stores. Enhancing product availability through a consultative approach, working closely with in-store teams to ensure compliance with back-room processes and product protection. Improving inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock assessments and collaborating with store management to rectify discrepancies. Ensuring compliance with merchandising plans and executing necessary adjustments to the grooming fixture. Serving as the primary contact for Gillette within your assigned stores, fostering strong relationships. Conducting performance reviews with store managers to identify focus areas and drive sales growth. Utilizing sales tools to analyze performance and develop actionable plans for category growth. Leveraging data to enhance awareness of category trends and drive performance improvements. Providing thorough training to store staff to elevate their knowledge of the category and new product initiatives.Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills to maximize opportunities within the store environment. Ability to cultivate excellent relationships with store personnel. Skills in negotiation and category management to drive sales growth. Comprehensive understanding of the grocery and retail sectors. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Benefits:
