The Role: Mechanical Power Transmission Business Development Manager

As the Mechanical Power Transmission Category Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within this key category. Reporting directly to the Head of Category, your responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities aimed at maximizing revenue and market share.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive sales plans for the Mechanical Power Transmission category, identifying target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive Category Sell-Out: Actively manage and monitor sales performance within the category, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team on technical aspects of Mechanical Power Transmission products, assisting with quotes, tenders, and special projects.
  • Identify Cross-Sell Opportunities: Leverage your deep understanding of the category to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities, expanding our customer base and revenue streams.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the Mechanical Power Transmission sector.
