**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Estimating Office Manager to lead our sales and estimating team. With over 90 years of experience, we are transforming our business to support our growth aspirations.

This newly created role will provide structure and accountability to our sales and estimating team, reporting into the Sales and Estimating Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of our sales CRM database, ensuring all enquiries are up to date.
  • Producing management reports and presenting these to management and senior management.
  • Managing the effective communication of queries to and from the team and senior management.
  • Improving the workflow within and out of the sales and estimating team.
  • Preparing and chairing project handover meetings.
  • Managing a team of professionals in an office environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and estimating processes, be highly computer literate, and possess excellent communication skills.
