Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving market share in the men's grooming category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and improve market share.
  • Built strong relationships with store managers and sales teams to drive sales and improve product availability.
  • Conduct business reviews with store managers to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future sales growth.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop action plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and sales growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with store managers and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
