About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our Key Account Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our national key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic direction and leadership of our national key account portfolio to drive profitable growth and align with our corporate and portfolio strategy.
  • Customer relationship and account development, including commercial management and cost-saving initiatives for high-complexity and/or large-scale accounts.
  • Development and execution of strategic customer plans and industry sector/segment plans to achieve profitable growth.
  • Collaboration with the Regional Key Account team to deliver planned account activity with a focus on call quality and positive outcomes.
  • Interaction and management of large multi-site accounts, with a strong track record of working to sales targets and a profit focus.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities through a strong understanding of each client's current activities and requirements.
  • Building relationships with partners and potential partners to strengthen our business offering.
