Gleeson Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established UK brand to find a Finance Business Partner for their expanding Finance function. This is a multi-site role that involves travel and requires a qualified Finance Business Partner with experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
  2. Collaborate with operational managers to understand business drivers, identify risks, and support budgetary control across multiple sites.
  3. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  4. Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and present key findings to senior stakeholders.
  5. Analyse site-level performance and develop KPIs to measure operational efficiency and profitability.
  6. Support due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration activities in a private equity environment.
  7. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

  1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen.
  2. Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role, ideally within a multi-site, private equity-backed, or fast-paced business.
  3. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  4. Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
