Business Development Territory Manager

As a key member of the Refuel Talent team, you will be responsible for driving growth in a regional territory through the acquisition of wholesale fuel supply and leasehold contracts. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work closely with existing and prospective Dealer customers to optimize sales and grow a pool of potential Commission Operators to run sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK Retail Fuels sector, including knowledge of the market, retailers, and competitors. They will be able to implement sales growth plans with a proven track record of success and possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing sales strategies to drive territorial growth
  • Signing wholesale fuel supply and long-term lease contracts
  • Achieving KPI growth targets and undertaking bi-weekly sales reviews
  • Maintaining accurate and complete sales-related documentation
  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective Dealer customers
