Job Title: Business Development Territory Manager

Refuel Talent is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a regional territory in the acquisition of wholesale fuel supply and leasehold contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive territorial growth and achieve KPI targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealer customers to optimize sales and grow a pool of potential commission operators.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales decisions.
  • Formulate sales proposals, negotiate, and close contracts promptly.
  • Work closely with network planning, onboarding, and legal colleagues to implement commercially agreed contracts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM system updates and sales-related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a record of success in the retail fuels sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK retail fuels market, including retailers and competitors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
