Business Development Territory Manager

Refuel Talent is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a regional territory in the acquisition of wholesale fuel supply and leasehold contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive retail territorial growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealer customers.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Formulate sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Work closely with the network planning, onboarding, and legal teams to implement commercially agreed contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales data is maintained in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the retail fuels sector.
- Strong knowledge of the UK retail fuels market and competitors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex competing priorities and sales-related processes.
