Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Proactively search for and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Account Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts to increase sales revenue.
- Sales Support: Assist the internal B2B Sales team by arranging appointments, providing customer service, and managing data on our CRM system.
- A proven track record in telesales/internal sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate effective client relationship management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a positive approach and a strong desire to meet sales targets.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A competitive salary (£26,000 - £32,000 per annum) depending on experience.
- A yearly bonus structure based on performance.
- A company pension scheme.
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
- A Monday to Friday working week (9am to 5pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).
