Director of Expansion

StudioXAG is a B Corp-certified creative studio in London and Amsterdam, known for its bold spaces and big stories. We're looking for a skilled Growth Director to join our team and drive our growth strategy forward.
This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in driving growth and expansion in a creative industry setting. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies that attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business, managing high-value accounts, and delivering sustained revenue growth. They will also possess excellent analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to balance ambitious growth targets with our unique creative and values-driven approach.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of growth experience in a relevant creative or agency setting
- Strong track record of generating new business, managing high-value accounts, and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Proven ability to build, manage, and refine sales and marketing processes to support growth
