Higher Group, a rapidly scaling global recruitment brand, is seeking a seasoned Technology Director to drive the expansion and operation of their Tech function. With access to over 200 active clients, you will play a pivotal role in the design and build-out of the Technology business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion and operation of the Tech function
- Work closely with the MD to develop and implement strategies for growth
- Manage a team of 10+ professionals to achieve business objectives
What We Offer:
- Up to £85k base salary + multiple bonuses and guarantees
