X4 Technology seeks an experienced Director of Business Growth to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the payments industry.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our sales approach, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales within financial services, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a deep understanding of the payments industry.

Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and meet revenue targets, ensuring alignment with X4 Technology's overall objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting performance goals and developing team capabilities to drive optimal results.

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with key clients in the financial services sector, focusing on payments solutions for mid-to-large-sized businesses.

Market Expansion: Strategically target and expand into new markets within the payments space, maximizing sales opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings, ensuring competitive positioning and regulatory compliance.

Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and report on sales metrics, using insights to improve strategies and address areas of underperformance.

Revenue & Growth: Drive revenue growth by implementing scalable sales practices, upselling and cross-selling solutions, and managing large accounts to support sustainable growth.

X4 Technology offers a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work remotely.
