Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, impeccable discretion, and outstanding communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, coordinating travel arrangements, and serving as a liaison between high-profile clients, board members, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO's diary, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless operation.
  2. Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, adapting to last-minute changes.
  3. Maintain confidentiality while communicating with high-profile clients, board members, and internal teams.
  4. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion.
  5. Support the CEO on ad hoc projects, presentations, and research with precision and creativity.
  6. Provide light personal support, such as managing personal appointments and overseeing special events.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant at the C-suite level.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
