We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Office Support Professional to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation. They will also process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system, ensuring timely updates and integrity.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process and manage sales orders efficiently, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Report Generation: Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotions and campaigns to the sales team and customers.
  • Event Organisation: Support the organisation and logistics of sales meetings, events, and customer visits.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or office administration role is preferred.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Friendly and customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
