We are seeking an experienced Sales and Horticulture Professional to join our team in the Midlands region.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales within the horticulture/agriculture sector and proficiency in MS-Office 365 and ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining relations with existing and potential clients to achieve the highest possible turnover within the designated sales territory.
- Transitioning from traditional portfolio sales to a solution-oriented sales approach.
- Participating in cross-functional projects to find the best product solutions for customers.
- Providing input on the yearly budget process and working according to regional sales plans.
- Offering good after-sales support and service to clients.
- Tracking market trends and developments among the competition.
- Expanding the client base and pool of contacts using creative and persuasive means.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
