About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Support Professional to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.
About You:
- You have previous experience in a sales support or office administration role, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- You are proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, with a strong problem-solving approach and the ability to think creatively.
- You have a friendly and customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
The Job:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotions and campaigns to our sales team and customers.
- Support the organization and logistics of sales meetings, events, and customer visits.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for our sales team when required.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide the best possible resolution.
