About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Support Professional to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a sales support or office administration role, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You are proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, with a strong problem-solving approach and the ability to think creatively.
  • You have a friendly and customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The Job:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  2. Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
  5. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  6. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  7. Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotions and campaigns to our sales team and customers.
  9. Support the organization and logistics of sales meetings, events, and customer visits.
  10. Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for our sales team when required.
  11. Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  12. Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide the best possible resolution.
