As a key member of our contact team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and digital contacts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a contact centre environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will also possess strong IT skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus benefits including a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for career development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions and deliver the best possible customer experience.
