Administrative Assistant

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Financial Services to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the financial services firm based in Wolverhampton.
">Job Description:- Making appointments for clients and confirming them via phone calls, sending pre-meeting information as required
- Logging client calls on Salesforce and ensuring updates to client contact information are captured
- Preparing meeting packs, generating reports, and gathering necessary documents for advisors
- Inputting CFR documentation onto Salesforce and maintaining compliance with GDPR and FCA protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating correspondence to clients, including Post Review Letters
- Liaising with external providers and companies to chase information requests
- Processing fund switches and rebalances, withdrawals, and preparing business submission documents
- Prioritizing workload and managing own learning and development, attending relevant training sessions
Requirements:
- A degree-level education or previous experience in an office environment to a high standard
- Excellent written communication skills, professional telephone manner, and IT literacy
Estimated Salary: £23k - £27k per annum
