Job Summary:
A Financial Advisor is required to join our Wealth Management team in the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients, providing personalized financial advice and planning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK financial regulations and tax laws, as well as excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills.

About the Role:

This position involves working collaboratively with the supporting team to identify and establish contact with potential clients. You will gather and analyse information required to provide financial planning advice, review clients' circumstances regularly, and make appropriate recommendations. Additionally, you will complete all administration in a timely and accurate manner, satisfying regulatory CPD thresholds and keeping up-to-date with compliance matters and Conduct Rules.

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients, taking into account their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess clients' current financial status, including income, assets, expenses, debts, and existing investments.
  • Research, evaluate, and suggest suitable investment options based on clients' objectives and risk profiles.
  • Analyse market trends and maintain regular communication with clients.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant professional qualification such as the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent. Proven experience working as a Financial Adviser in the UK market, with a solid understanding of UK financial regulations and tax laws, is essential. Strong knowledge of UK-specific investment products, pensions, and tax-efficient savings options is also required.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail when conducting financial analysis and creating financial plans.
  • Ability to work independently, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality financial advice.
  • Compliance-driven approach, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and adhering to industry standards.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
