Financial Administrative Assistant

Armstrong Knight is seeking a reliable and efficient Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will assist in the management of offshoring bookkeepers, update their work programs, and ensure they stay within budget on allocated tasks.
Key responsibilities will include running monthly and weekly reports to monitor team task progress on VAT returns, MOSS returns, YE accounts, and bookkeeping deadlines. You will also review and file VAT returns, liaise with PAs when year-end accounts are ready to be booked in, and provide support to bookkeepers and clients as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using Xero, who is ACCA/AAT qualified or has equivalent experience. If you have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
