Duties and Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Liaising with Managers and Directors to ensure effective communication.
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with SATR billing and compliance.
- Preparing tax letters and checklists.
- Uploading and managing documents in Invu.
- Providing email and telephone reminders to clients.
- Assisting with VAT MTD sign-up processes.
- Supporting company secretarial duties.
- Maintaining Iris databases.
- Reporting workflow progress to Directors and Managers.
- Proven experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. You will be based in our office, but some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business.
