Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
  • Liaising with Managers and Directors to ensure effective communication.
  • Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting with SATR billing and compliance.
  • Preparing tax letters and checklists.
  • Uploading and managing documents in Invu.
  • Providing email and telephone reminders to clients.
  • Assisting with VAT MTD sign-up processes.
  • Supporting company secretarial duties.
  • Maintaining Iris databases.
  • Reporting workflow progress to Directors and Managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. You will be based in our office, but some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business.
