Compliance Officer Specialist

Job Description
This full-time position involves overseeing customer contract management, managing onboarding processes, conducting pre-screening and Right to Work checks, and supporting the optimization of system automation flows. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless transitions and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Contract Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Onboarding Process: Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions.
- Pre-Screening and Right to Work Checks: Conduct thorough checks and maintain meticulous records.
- System Automation: Support the optimization of system automation flows to enhance operational efficiency.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. Based at our head office, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organization known for sustainable recruitment practices and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field or proven experience in compliance or a similar role.
- Experience in contract management, onboarding, and compliance checks within a regulated or professional services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
