Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Partners, Financial Planners, and Paraplanners, ensuring the delivery of excellent financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver administrative support to Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Partners, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth client processes.
  3. Maintain accurate records and data using our back-office computer system, adhering to compliance policies.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous administrative experience in a professional services environment.

Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience in a professional services environment, preferably in financial services or a similarly regulated sector.
  • Excellent technical skills and proficiency with MS Office programs.

The salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) + benefits, offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
