About the Role: As a Conveyancing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless management of property transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating administrative tasks, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely communication among all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, and solicitors during the conveyancing process.
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of property transactions, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and send documents related to property sales, including contracts, searches, and mortgage deeds.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and updates for conveyancing solicitors.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all property transactions.
  • Address client queries and provide updates on the status of their transactions.
  • Support the conveyancing team with general administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and facilitate a smooth transaction process.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a conveyancing, legal, or property-related role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
