Project Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our project team in London.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing and managing fully integrated programmes incorporating all disciplines, including design, commercial, and construction.
- Reviewing subcontractor programme and logistics information to ensure compliance with contract conditions.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging diversity and teamwork.
- Developing information for tender settlements, including benchmarking and data analysis.
- Contributing to weekly and fortnightly project team progress reports and business intelligence dashboards.
Requirements:
- Construction planning experience within the main contractor environment.
- Proficiency in construction planning techniques and planning toolsets.
- Understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications.
- Experience with planning software, preferably Asta Powerproject.
- Construction-related academic qualification preferred but not essential.
