Our client specialises in mechanical and electrical energy solutions, including consultancy, design, supply and installation. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking talented professionals to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of service and maintenance contracts across sectors such as public, healthcare, facilities management and end-user environments. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Professional Leadership: Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring the company’s values and interests are upheld throughout all project phases.

* Project Oversight: Take full responsibility for the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are adhered to.

* Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project delivery aligns with their expectations.

* Risk & Cost Management: Maintain and update cost sheets, manage budgets and ensure that deposits and payments are secured before work commences.

* Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and handovers.

* Compliance & Procedures: Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s commercial, contractual, and procedural standards.

* Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and develop relationships with new clients.

* Project Tracking & Reporting: Keep accurate records of project progress and ensure Directors have up-to-date information on timelines and budgets.

* Performance Optimization: Drive improvements and ensure the timely resolution of any project-related issues.

Performance Measures:

* Project Delivery: Successfully deliver all projects within the agreed scope, time and budget.

* Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.

* Financial Targets: Meet or exceed financial targets related to project budgets and overall profitability.

* Process Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the company's operational and procedural guidelines.

* New Business Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities for business growth within existing and new client bases.
