About You

We are seeking a motivated and organized Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at David Smith Financial Services. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Partners, Financial Planners, and Paraplanners, working with them to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional financial planning services. Our team is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on achieving outstanding results.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and has excellent administrative and customer service skills. If you have experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry, we would love to hear from you.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous involved administrative experience gained in a professional services environment (financial services or similarly regulated) - Financial Planning experience would be preferable but is not essential
  • An aptitude for technology and competency with MS Office programmes
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £30,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • 34 days holiday (including bank holidays and 3 days holiday between Christmas and New Year)
