We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Farleigh Community Care Ambassador to join our team at Farleigh Hospice. As a Farleigh Community Care Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing online and telephone support to those in need, working from the comfort of your own home. About the Role:
As a Farleigh Community Care Ambassador, you will be responsible for assessing information and support needs via email and over the telephone, providing basic guidance, information, and signposting to the appropriate resources, and offering a listening ear and informal support conversations. You will also be required to use a database system to upload caller information, write up notes, and schedule recurring calls.
