About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Bereavement Counsellor to join our team at Farleigh Hospice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sensitive and effective support to those who have lost loved ones. Key tasks include:

  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participating in regular supervision and peer review
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Contributing to the development of new services and initiatives


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of bereavement theory and practice. A relevant qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy is essential, along with experience working with vulnerable populations. The estimated salary for this position is £42,500-£52,000 per year.
