Farleigh Hospice, a leading specialist palliative care provider in mid Essex, is seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our Community Team.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a great working environment and flexible working opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking in-depth holistic assessments to identify patient needs and planning and coordinating care to meet these needs. This will involve supporting our Hospice at Home teams to deliver high-quality personal care to people at end of life in their own homes.

Using your clinical skills, you will work alongside the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide excellent symptom control, psycho-social, and spiritual support for patients who are under the care of the community teams.

The role also offers opportunities for inpatient palliative care experience and participation in the Principles of Palliative Care course.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for palliative care and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
