Senior Palliative Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Palliative Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in mid Essex. As a key member of the Rapid Access to Care Team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent specialist palliative care to patients and their families.
The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and leadership abilities. They will act as a role model, providing holistic assessments, completing relevant documentation, and ensuring smooth transfers between care environments.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, along with a great working environment, flexible working arrangements, and a strong team to support you.
At Farleigh Hospice, we value diversity and welcome applications from all sections of the community. We operate a three-month probation period, and some positions may be subject to DBS Disclosure.
